When measuring for a bangle Its important to remember that the bangle size is determined by the size of your hand and not your wrist. To determine the size of your bangle just tuck your thumb into the palm of your hand (as if about to put on a bangle) and using a flexible measuring tape, measure your hand all the way around the set of knuckles closest to your wrist, from knuckle to knuckle. Once you have the diameter with your flexible tape measure, create a round shape and place on a ruler, you will now have the inner diameter. This is the measurement you need to order.
If you have a favourite bangle you know fits you can also measure the internal diameter directly on the bangle by placing it on a ruler.
